I am a member of InterNachi, WAHI (Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors) member, WI State Licensed Home Inspector (# 3067-106). Graduate of CVTC in metal fabrication
Graduate of U.W. Stout in Technology Education / Masters Degree
Graduate of Winona State in Administration
Worked for Fluer-Daniels Construction as a welder and carpenter on a Union oil shale project in CO.
Owner of Scott Semingson Excavating and Construction in the Chippewa Valley.
Built new homes and remodeled from 1987 until 2016.
Technology Education teacher for 25 yrs. Classes I taught were: drafting, cabinet building,
residential construction, residential wiring, residential plumbing and home maintenance and repair.
Attended InterNachi Home Inspection school in Boulder CO
